The Holiday Season

What an amazing time to be a Mason. This is the time of year that we gather together to celebrate the wonders of our Brother. We attend Installations and I have yet to have experienced running into as many members of Exemplar out visiting as I have in the last month.

Back in the Saddle

Ok, I have been slacking. I made a promise to write frequently and have fallen short. There are a million reasons. Each acceptable and each merely an excuse. That is the way I find life is often, I am always busy but is it always fulfilling.

Why?

Why does a man become a Mason? Is it the call of Brotherhood from Masons he knows? Is the wonder of the unknown? Is it the lure of Hidden Riches and Ancient Mysteries? For each Mason the answer is different. For each it is equally right.

From Darkness into Light

I am not a blogger. I do not spend endless hours ranting and raving on topics both important and irrelevant. Before I became a Mason, my life was consumed with endless hours of work, going to meetings, my son’s sports and I tried to fit in a little quality time with the wife now and again. I am a simple man who enjoys the company of family and friends. Taking the family on holidays and announcing sporting events.
